Two youths reportedly died while another youth became unconscious due to consume excessive dose of intoxicants by taking a bet with each other at Bharan village in this district on Thrusday evening. The deceased, identified as Jitender Bindra and Sunda, were unemployed and in their early twenties while another one- Krishan- has been undergoing treatment in PGIMS where his condition is stated to be critical.
According to information, the youths were addicted to drugs and drinking. They betted each other on Thrusday evening as to who consume more drink and drug pills. To win the bet, all three consumed excessive dose of drink and drug pills. Consequently, they reportedly fell unconscious and were spotted lying in the fields by a villager.
The villagers immediately informed the police which took them to the PGIMS where Jitender, Sunda died after some time while Krishan was in critical condition. (EoM
